How Do You Make It Go Away?

I need help! I can't stand it when a song that I really dislike gets stuck in my head. It doesn't happen often, but when it happens it drives me nuts - especially if I am away from a stereo and can't exterminate the parasite from my head by listening to another song. What I try to do is sing the Happy Birthday melody in my head or something like that, but sometimes even that doesn't work. I feel possessed. Help me with some tips. What to do? What to do? And no, I can't disclose what song was stuck in my head this last time; it's too embarrassing, so just leave it, OK!?
