Singin' Them Blues At The Waterfront

Bello and I walked in on some of the best bar music I've ever experienced. It was just a regular weeknight at the Waterfront, but this great guitarist who was singing the blues like there was no tomorrow made it special. I wish I was good on the harmonica.

Krassy Can Listen To It: "Whiskey Blues" by Robert Johnson

  • That guy rocked. I sort of wish I didn't look over in his direction as he played. The sound which emerged from that area sounded like a legit, bluesy artists - but then you LOOK at the guy and he's nothing what you would expect.

T-shirt tucked into ratty jeans and an old school Ovation guitar - he looked more like someone who'd play Jimmy Buffett covers at Sloppy Joe's in Key West - not some rustic, bluesman.

Love the Waterfront. Great call on a place to get those late night drinks that eve!!!
